Lower temperatures and breezy weather bring many fall events to Spring Branch! Here are just a few that we think you will enjoy around the neighborhood:

Zest in the West: Decade of Decadence, October 18th

Join the West Houston Chamber of Commerce for their annual Zest in the West! This year’s theme is “A Decade of Decadence,” a salute to ten years of putting on the event, and an indication of what attendees can expect. West Houston restaurants will be competing for the Best of Zest Culinary Awards, and craft beer and wine will be flowing.

Spring Branch Senior High School Reunion, October 20th-21st

Alumni of Spring Branch Senior HS are headed home for their biennial reunion this month! Those attending will be treated to a view of the new Spring Branch Memorial High School Museum, now in a new building. There will also be music, dancing, food and fun for those getting together to remember their early years.

Movie of the Month – The Proposal, October 25th

Join Trini Mendenhall Community Center for their movie of the month! Each month, the community center screens a free movie for the community. This month you can catch The Proposal, a romantic comedy about the mishaps around a marriage in interesting circumstances.

Halloween Dance Party, October 28th

Spring Branch Memorial Public Library is hosting this kid-friendly costume-filled dance party! There will be arts and crafts, a costume parade, and a DJ spinning tunes for all ages. This is a great opportunity to take the whole family for some free, wholesome fun.
