The year 2014 has seen a lot of progress in the Spring Branch Management District. We are beginning to see great strides made in the type of economic development that the District’s board of directors has envisioned, and we are working on all fronts to maintain the community’s image as a desirable place to live and work.

One of the most exciting developments on the horizon is a new four-building complex under construction on a seven-acre site at the southwest corner of Tanner Road and Beltway 8. The 80,000-square-foot Four Seasons project began in December and is expected to be completed by June. Three of the buildings will be occupied by owner Priority Energy and will include crane-ready warehouse space with 26-foot-high ceilings. { READ MORE }


Multi-Family Public Safety Outreach day

On December 13 the District held its last quarterly Multi-Family Public Safety Outreach day. The event started out slowly but picked up a few hours into the event. A great time was had by the children who played games and visited with the officers in attendance. The event is held the second Saturday of the quarter and the next event will be March 14, 2015. SB Navy Jr. ROTC cadets honor US veterans

Twenty-eight cadets from the Spring Branch Navy Jr. ROTC program based at the Guthrie Center took part in the Wreaths Across America program on Dec. 15. More than 15,000 people attended the special ceremony honoring America’s veterans interred in the Houston National Cemetery. … {Read More}


Long Point construction nears completion

Finishing touches are bringing the Long Point reconstruction project closer to its forecasted completion date this spring, said Chris Edwards, an engineer with the firm, Cobb Fendley & Associates.
