Help Houston prepare for emergencies. The Houston Department of Health and Human Services needs volunteers to help practice the distribution of large amounts of lifesaving medications to the public.
Participants are needed to pick up medicines at one of 3 mass dispensing sites. the first 50 participants at each site will receive a 3 day emergency preparedness kit.
Certificates of Participation will be offered for anyone wishing to document their community service hours.
When: Saturday, Nov. 2nd, 2013, 9AM–12PM
