The Spring Branch Management District is actively involved in making Spring Branch as safe as it can be. The Public Safety initiative is responsible for: contracting with SEAL Security Services, coordinating nuisance abatement with the Harris County Attorney’s Office, reporting graffiti abatement throughout the district, and processing requests for mobile cameras.
The District has contracted with SEAL Security Solutions, a Spring Branch security company, to offer additional patrols throughout the district. SEAL Security serves to supplement patrols already rendered through HPD and SBISD PD and to aid wherever directed by HPD or the Harris County Attorney’s Office. SEAL Security’s monthly reports can be found here as well as being reported to the Public Safety Committee monthly at the committee meeting and the Board of Directors monthly at the board meeting. If you need help, please call SEAL Security’s Spring Branch dedicated line at: 713-396-5800.
The District has contracted with Zaladium, a SEAL Security Company, to provide mobile security cameras to multi-family and business properties within the district experiencing public safety issues. The cameras are loaned to properties on a first come, first served basis, and remain in place for 60-90 days an extension is requested by HPD or SEAL Security. These cameras are monitored 24/7 by SEAL Security and property owners are only asked to provide power to the unit. No other cost is required. If you would like to request a mobile camera for your property, contact Kristen Gonzales at KGonzales@SBMD.org.
The District is constantly reporting instance of graffiti throughout the district and, through a partnership with the Greater East End Management District, abating all reported graffiti. We encourage residents and citizens in the area to report any graffiti seen around the district by contacting 311 or using this form.
