New 311 App

The City recently implemented a new 311 app for reporting concerns like drainage, pot holes, traffic signal maintenance, and more.  If you were using the old app, you must download the new app: Google Play (click here)Apple (click here).

Please note that there are many technical issues with the new app.  I provided a list of concerns to the ARA Department, which oversees 311, and they are working to fix these issues and more.

If you have trouble with the app while they are fixing it, please call your concern into 311 by dialing 3-1-1 (or 713-837-0311), submitting it on the website, or sending it via email to [email protected].

You will be issued a Service Request (SR) Number.  If you need further assistance with your concern, please send the SR to my office by emailing it to [email protected] or calling 832-393-3010.
