Haden Park Improvements

The Management District contracted with SWA to create a comprehensive design for the complete revitalization of Haden Park, an existing 13-acre park located at the northeast corner of Long Point and Witte Road. The project will provide major improvements, especially to the undeveloped southern portion of the park along Long Point which is proposed as a “community” park. The park will be improved in phases and includes a small and large dog park, event lawn and stage, off-street parking, restrooms, a community garden, tennis courts, and other amenities. Fundraising options for Phase 1 are currently in discussion.
