Community Events from May

Highlighting some of the many community events from last month!
It was a beautiful and moving HPD Memorial Service. Each officer in the photo represents one of the 121 officers who died in the line of duty. I am so grateful for each officer and their families.
Proud to support District A’s Polish Festival!
Inwood Forest Stormwater Detention Basin Project Construction meeting. Thanks to all the neighbors who came to discuss the details of this important project!
Council Members Mary Nan Huffman, Tiffany Thomas, and I spoke to the Houston Region Business Coalition about crime, infrastructure, and more. Had a great time with my colleagues discussing the issues and solutions on the west side of Houston!
