Dear Neighbor,

You have received this email because yesterday I notified you about a telephone town hall to discuss last week’s winter storm.

The telephone town hall was originally scheduled to take place tonight, but I am postponing the event until this Sunday, February 28 at 6:00 PM.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but I hope you will still take part at the new time on Sunday evening.  I would like to hear your thoughts on how to address the challenges the winter storm brought to light and how I can help you.
