New Years Test—

Is it legal to talk on your cell phone on your hands free device while driving through a school zone?
Does everyone in my car need to have their seatbelt on ? or just the passengers in the front seat?
When is it legal for a juvenile to sit in the front seat of the car? 12? 13? 14? Years old.
Am I allowed to drive in the “fast lane” on the freeway for as long as I want as long as I am doing the speed limit?

Now that we have your attention—- We will have the driving law experts come out to our next meeting and talk about the new traffic laws and some of the old ones that we have forgotten about. The experts from the Texas Department of Public Safety will be here to discuss and educate on the new law changes and some of the old laws that we have forgotten!

Northwest Division Commander James Bryant will be here to discuss crime issues and trends from the area.
