The Spring Branch District was a presenting sponsor at the 16th Annual HWCOC Star Awards. Businesses were recognized in a variety of categories for their contributions to growth and expansion in west Houston. Noted economists, Bill Gilmer presented an economic forecast for west Houston. Victor Alvarez, chair of the Spring Branch Economic Development committee, updated attendees on growth and development in Spring Branch.
