For more than a decade, monuments at entrances to the Spring Branch Management District have enhanced the area’s identity and signaled the District’s accountability to the public. Much has changed in Spring Branch over that time, and the masonry on the monuments has fallen apart. So, the District is replacing them with new, illuminated signage. We hope the public we serve will see them as a sign of progress.
