The Energy Corridor District’s annual tree lighting event! They put on a great show for the community!
Congratulations to our new firefighters who graduated on December 12th! The graduating classes included new recruits and 17 firefighters returning through the new rehire program!
Vogel Creek Holiday Celebration. Thanks to the Vogel Creek Community Champions for putting together this wonderful event for the community!
I had the honor of presenting a proclamation to Joe Rodriguez for his 99th birthday! Joe honorably served our country in the US Army in WW2. He is active at the VFW Auxiliary Post 8790! Congratulations to Joe and his lovely family!
Hope City gave out thousands of toys to kids across the city (including in District A). Parents got to pick out free presents, and volunteers wrapped them up. So thankful for Hope City and the volunteers!
Thank you, Crime Stoppers of Houston for supporting families of murder victims all year and during the holiday season when times can be especially difficult. They hosted a tree ceremony for families to recognize their loved ones.
