If you like to vote and travel around Spring Branch, May is your month! But check the details first, please.

Early voting has already started for the May 7 elections that include two proposed state constitutional amendments and Spring Branch Independent School District trustee elections as well as an SBISD bond issue referendum.

Here’s a catch: Many Spring Branch voters will have to go to two voting locations to vote — one for the state items and another for the SBISD items.

The state items propose further limits on property taxes levied by public school systems.
