Harris County Commissioners Court – Judge Ed Emmet will be out to our meeting to talk about Commissioner’s Court and how the county does business relating to the city. Judge Emmet will talk about the challenges facing Harris county with everything from toll roads, to the Astrodome, to “hunker down” with emergency preparedness. This special meeting will be a first for our HPD PIP program – expect a large crowd for this one!
