Houston-based Riverway Homes opens the door for business at Spring Branch’s newest gated enclave, Spring Valley Cove.
Houston, TX (September 29, 2014) – Riverway Homes is now open in its newest Sales Office, Spring Branch’s Spring Valley Cove: a gated enclave with 25 custom homesites.
The Model Home is open in addition to four inventory homes. Spring Valley Cove is located on Bingle Road between Westview and Long Point Road. Four inventory homes will be ready for the first residents in December.
Spring Valley Cove homes offer progressive designs and finishes. Residences range from 2700 to 4100 square feet with initial prices ranging from the $700’s to the $999’s. Plans include 4 and 5 bedroom homes with up to three floors of living space and dual Master Suites.
