Butler Brothers Construction Corp. is building its latest community in the Spring Branch neighborhood.

The Houston-based design-build construction company announced Maravilla Court, an exclusive gated community at 1717 Pine Chase Drive. Children living in this new community, near the intersection of Long Point Road and Wirt Road, will be zoned to Spring Branch Independent School District.

Maravilla Court will have 28 gated patio homes, ranging from 2,900 square feet to 4,300 square feet. The Santa Barbara-style homes feature stucco exteriors, gas fireplaces, granite countertops, Thermador kitchen appliances and custom millwork. They also offer lots of green and outdoor living space, as well as open floor plans and customizable options inside, the company said.

Homes in Maravilla Court will start in the $700,000s. Sudhoff Cos., a Houston-based real estate firm, will handle sales in the community.

Butler Brothers, founded by brothers Bo and Scott Butler in 2003, has developed several communities throughout Houston. They include Regents Green, an $11 million townhouse development near the Texas Medical Center; Audubon Hollow, a guarded, gated community inside the Loop; and Place des Vosges, a super-upscale residential community in Uptown Park.
