The Spring Branch ISD Board of Trustees will hold a Special Meeting at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, July 29, via remote conferencing accessible at the Meeting Identification Number and Password listed below. The Wayne Schaper Leadership Center, including the Board of Trustees Meeting Room, is currently closed.
 
This Special Meeting will be held by remote conferencing based on current guidance from federal, state, county and city authorities related to large gatherings and social distancing during the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency, as well as Harris County’s Stay Home, Work Safe Order.

Community members wishing to address the Board at this meeting on agenda items may do so by submitting written comments from time of initial posting up to 12 hours before the meeting. All written comments will be read publicly by a member of the district administration.

The submitted form must include all requested information in order to be read publicly to the Board. Please note that due to the extremely high volume of public comments previously received, SBISD is limiting public comments to what can be read in twenty (20) seconds.
 
The Board is expected at this meeting to hear discussion and/or take possible action on a School Calendar change in response to the July 24 Harris County Public Health Order Delaying In-Person Instruction.
 
All SBISD Board of Trustees meetings are open to the public unless posted otherwise for specific, approved purposes.
