Houston, TX (October 30, 2014): Demolition kicked off with a bang on Wednesday, October 29, 2014, at David Weekley Homes’ largest Central Living community, The Village at Spring Branch. City councilwoman Brenda Stardig joined Chris Weekley, Division President for David Weekley Homes, to celebrate the beginning of Weekley’s project on the property.

Located at Long Point Road and Hillendahl Boulevard, The Village at Spring Branch will feature more than 100 homes in the highly-anticipated community.

“It’s really exciting to be here in Spring Branch and to partner with the city,” Weekley said. “Our plan is to hopefully finish development in the spring of next year, and we should have our first closing next year. A year from now, we should have some homes almost complete and people moving in to benefit the schools districts and the neighborhood.”
